I’m Dylan Hill, a product-minded leader with a background in learning, digital design, and building end-to-end software experiences. For over a decade, I’ve led cross-functional teams across product, design, and engineering to ship platforms, e-learning ecosystems, and software products that solve real user problems and drive measurable business impact.

I work where product strategy, customer insight, and execution meet. I’m at my best defining a clear vision, aligning teams, and tackling ambiguous challenges, turning them into purposeful, results-driven solutions. I think in outcomes, not just outputs, and I guide software products from concept to launch with a balance of strategic clarity, collaboration, and pragmatic decision-making.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad, musician, and hobbyist woodworker. I believe that the best things, physical or digital, are built with intention.
